If you're a client or a certification applicant and disagree with a final decision that affects the certification process, such as the decision not to grant the Halal certificate, you can submit an Appeal with us.
If your contact is due to any dissatisfaction with our certification activities, such as staff conduct or the progress of the process, a complaint can be filed. Anyone – individuals, organizations, consumers, clients, or certification applicants – can submit a Complaint with us.
