In order to ensure that certification processes are conducted in an impartial and unbiased manner, FAMBRAS Halal declares the importance of safeguarding the impartiality and confidentiality of all those involved, from the presidency until employees and contractors, and undertakes to:

Maintain professional ethics, avoiding discrimination against risk situations;

Maintain the confidentiality of all the information obtained during the certification process;

Maintain objectivity in considerations, evaluations and decision making, based exclusively on objective evidence;

Maintain the independence of all involved against pressures of any order;

Comply with the GDPL (General Data Protection Law).

FAMBRAS Halal declares that it or any part of the same legal entity and entities under its organizational control, including the branches:

Is not the designer, manufacturer, installer, distributor or maintainer of HALAL certified product;

 Is not the designer, manufacturer, installer, provider or maintainer of the HALAL certified service;

Does not offer or provides consulting services to its clients or any company;

Does not offer or advises on management system or internal audit to its clients or any company.
