Quality Policy and Objective

FAMBRAS HALAL has as its Quality Policy:


To be recognized in the Halal market as a Muslim Halal certification body of excellence, with profound knowledge of the proper supply of Halal products and services to Muslims and to all those who seek to acquire Halal products, acting in an independent, impartial, and responsible manner.


FAMBRAS HALAL is committed to:


Islamic responsibilities in all its activities, strictly complying with the determinations of the Holy Qur’an, Islamic Jurisprudence (Shariah), applicable legislation, and Halal accreditation rules;


Confidentiality, integrity, and security of information, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and international best practices, ensuring protection for stakeholders and society in general;


Information security through login and password management, encryption, regular backups, and restricted access policies, preventing unauthorized access, data loss, or improper alterations. Safeguarding of information security and access control is carried out by means of two backup methods: weekly backups to the cloud and to an external hard drive;


Continuous training of our employees, ensuring that they act in accordance with international Halal regulations (staying aligned with their updates), with technical competence, Islamic ethics, and a commitment to continuous improvement;


Risk and opportunity management, acting with critical awareness, identifying, assessing, and addressing factors that may impact service conformity, customer satisfaction, and organizational sustainability;


Continuous improvement of our processes and services, to meet with excellence the determinations and requirements established in the Holy Qur’an, Islamic Jurisprudence, applicable legislation, and Halal accreditation rules.

Through our worldwide recognition, we aim to contribute to the growth and strengthening of Brazilian industries and producers certified as Halal.

The Quality Objectives are:


Apply resources efficiently, with a focus on continuous quality improvement;


Integrate processes and promote the dissemination of information, strengthening internal and external communication of the services provided to clients;


Ensure that all activities of FAMBRAS HALAL, performed by all employees, are conducted in conformity with Shariah;


Ensure compliance with the requirements established in accreditation schemes such as GSO 2055-2, SMIIC-2, Manual Procedure for Malaysia Halal Certification, Indonesian requirements, ISO/IEC 17065, and ISO/IEC 17021-1;


Ensure that services provided meet customer needs in terms of safety, transparency, reliability, timeliness, and cost;


Strengthen the international recognition of FAMBRAS HALAL, contributing to the growth and competitiveness of Brazilian Halal industries and producers in the global market.
